Total perfectionists! The city inspector said these are the best installed windows I've seen since I started working with the city! Tom and his crew were a pleasure to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. They're like a great neighbor and I sincerely recommend them!

I cannot say enough about Thomas of TD Homes. He’s dependable, reasonable, respond to messages, emails and voicemails in a timely manner. By the time he was finished with my porch, I felt like I had a new friend. I would not hesitate to call him first should I need something done on my house and I would highly recommend him and his company for your home improvement or construction. Thanks Thom

We had TD build a sunroom addition to our house. Tom was very easy and pleasant to work with, and there were NO surprises. His subcontractors were top-notch. His stucco guy matched the stucco pattern of the rest of the house, and his drywall team matched the house's existing texturing. And the attention to detail was amazing, to the point of painting an entire existing exterior wall because Tom didn't think the paints matched well enough (even though he bought the EXACT same paint as the builder had used). If we ever need anything else done to the house, TD will be the first contractor we call. Google only lets me give them five stars, but they deserve more.

After months of trying to find someone to do our bathroom renovation, we were blessed to find Tom. After countless no shows or workers just never getting back to us, Tom came out and gave us an honest assessment. Granted, the job was difficult and had several challenges, but Tom guided us through the whole process. He is reliable, honest, and extremely meticulous. His work goes above and beyond any we’ve seen. Our bathroom looks absolutely AMAZING and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Tom! We appreciate everything you have done for us.

TD Homes Construction is fantastic! They helped us with out bathroom and kitchen remodel and everything went smoothly and on time. After a few estimates We chose to hired TD Homes Construction to add a screened in patio in our backyard. Unfortunately we weren't able to have a normal layout because of where the home builders placed our septic system. But after going over all of the details with the owner Tom we were very satisfied with the explanation the time frame and the overall estimate time of the overall project. TD Homes took care of everything, all the permits and scheduling of inspectors. Whatever sub- contractors was used TD Homes was on top of everything. If I had a question or a problem all I had to do was call or text and the own Tom got right back to me. TD Homes did a great job and we would definitely use them again. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you TD Homes for a wonderful job done. We love our screened in patio.

I hired TD Homes to build a house in Palm Bay. During the entire process I have nothing but good to say about Thomas and his attention to detail. I made a few changes and he was always willing to help. The home came out great and we are very happy we hired TD Homes.
